We do not accept returns or refunds for the products purchased. However, exchanges can be made within 4 days of receiving your purchase.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Our policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is any indication of the item being used, we will not be able to process an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at Orders@minimalmusestudio.com or DM us on Instagram for exchange requests. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered in 3-4 working days.

Expected delivery time
Within Pakistan: 3-4 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
International deliveries: 7-8 days (With DHL Express)
We offer Local Express delivery via TCS that takes 1-2 days for an additional PKR 1000 for urgent orders.
ADDRESS MODIFICATION
Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (including cod and online
paid orders).
COD ORDERS (CASH ON DELIVERY)
Cash on delivery available nationwide. There are no delivery charges. If for some reason customers refuse to pay or ask for redelivery, customers will be responsible for the delivery charges then.
BANK TRANSFER ORDERS
Please share a screenshot of payment in 48 hours otherwise your order will be cancelled. We cannot hold sets for anyone unless the full payment is made when opting for bank transfers. The colors of the sets cannot be changed once the order is confirmed and the payment is made. Please make sure you write your invoice number or your full name as a reference. Orders paid instantly through bank transfers are given more priority and are dispatched earlier
